I want to finish an IRONMAN in 2008 below 11h ::: I have four little kids with the age of 0,2,3 and 5 ::: I'm in my leave with the baby the next months while my wife is working full-time ::: Hence there's not much time for training ::: but there must be some ... and there is !!!
